Learning & Development Partner – Cebu

About the role

You'll design and deliver learning experiences that help people build self-awareness, ownership, empathy, leadership, and stronger ways of working. You'll partner with leaders to understand real capability needs and create programs that people can apply in their day-to-day work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs focused on character, leadership, and workplace behaviors
• Facilitate engaging sessions that encourage reflection, discussion, and critical thinking
• Partner with leaders to identify and address real capability gaps
• Apply adult learning principles to create practical and engaging learning experiences
• Develop learning content, curricula, and activities that encourage real-world application
• Measure learning effectiveness through growth, application, and performance
• Use digital tools and LMS platforms to support modern learning experiences
• Continuously improve programs based on learner feedback and business needs

About you

• 3–5 years of hands-on L&D experience, particularly in learning design, facilitation, or program development
• Experience designing and delivering training or learning programs from concept through implementation
• A solid understanding of adult learning principles
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to confidently guide discussions and encourage participation
• Experience with learning design and evaluation frameworks such as ADDIE, Agile, or Kirkpatrick
• Experience using LMS platforms and digital tools such as Canva and Google Workspace
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
