We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who is passionate about creating learning experiences that help people grow—not only in skills, but also in self-awareness, leadership, ownership, empathy, and how they work with others.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver meaningful learning programs, partner with leaders to address real capability gaps, and help translate learning into practical behaviors and better ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver learning programs focused on character, leadership, and real-world application
• Develop engaging learning experiences based on adult learning principles
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and learning sessions that encourage participation and critical thinking
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify and address actual capability gaps
• Develop curricula, learning materials, and other development resources
• Apply learning design and evaluation frameworks such as ADDIE, Agile, and Kirkpatrick
• Measure learning effectiveness through growth, application, and performance
• Leverage LMS platforms and digital tools such as Canva and Google Workspace
• Continuously improve learning programs based on feedback, outcomes, and business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on Learning & Development experience
• Proven experience in facilitation, curriculum development, and learning program design
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to guide meaningful conversations and encourage critical thinking
• Experience applying learning design and evaluation frameworks such as ADDIE, Agile, or Kirkpatrick
• Experience using LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva and Google Workspace
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Able to connect learning initiatives to real workplace behaviors and business needs
