Job Description

• Administer and support the implementation of learning and development, and employee capability-building programmes across the University.
• Administer staff development applications, study assistance schemes, learning benefits and related employee development processes.
• Monitor learner progress, compliance with staff development requirements and employee development outcomes.
• Maintain learning and development records, databases, budgets and reporting systems, and prepare management information and reports.
• Provide professional advice and operational support on learning and development policies, programmes, procedures and opportunities.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, professional development and institutional capability through effective learning and development interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Organisational Psychology, Education, Adult Learning, Industrial Psychology, or a Related field coupled with three (3) years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Employee Development, Educational Administration with good organisational and administrative skills, OR
• A Diploma in relevant fields coupled with four (4) years of relevant experience in the field of expertise with good organisational and administrative skills and any other job-specific criteria as may be required.
