Learning And Development (Project Based)

Responsibilities

• ⁠Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interviews.
• Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue-Collar teams.
• ⁠Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
• ⁠Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• ⁠Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.
• ⁠Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements

Requirements

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• ⁠Minimum 1 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development.
• ⁠Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs.
• ⁠Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• ⁠Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• ⁠Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.
• ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• ⁠Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with google workspace such as Gsheet, Gslide, Gdocs, etc.
