LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - SBA

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Leads training initiatives from concept to completion.
• Conducts needs analysis and evaluates effectiveness of training solutions.
• Leads and drives e Foundational & Leadership Training Programs/Courses;
• Oversees and manages large and/or complex projects, segments, campaigns, or initiatives.
• Partners with internal clients or stakeholders on project, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timing to ensure project success.
• Facilitate and coach in all internal Foundational and Leadership Skills Curriculum.
• Master at facilitating training, coaching, tracking, measuring, shaping content, relationship building, and leading without authority.
• Assist in conduct of learning needs analysis annually and recommends enhancement implementations.
• Has a holistic view/approach to training solutions by being able to analyze, select, and implement training & development solutions for business performance gaps based on business needs.
• Ability to apply human performance improvement principles and consults with business unit management and Training & Development management to improve business performance.
• Leads Training & Development initiatives involving multiple associates and matrix partners.
• Manages project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved, Tracks and reports on project milestones.
• Develop instructional or reference content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of performance solutions.
• Develops working relationships with internal and external team members.
• Understands client-specific processes and key drivers of performance.

Qualification:

• With Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3  years work related experience
• Proven facilitation skills, Measuring Training Impact, Familiar with Adult Learning Methodology, ADDIE Model, Learning Program Design and Delivery,
• Experience in Project Management and Implementation either as a lead or a member, MS Office suite and Designing PPT for learning,
• Learning Program and course content development

• Must be willing to work onsite/hybrid
• Must be willing to work from 1 pm - 10 pm
