Learning And Development Specialist

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, introducing them to company policies, culture, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant to current business needs.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to reinforce learning and encourage professional development.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; Chinese a strong plus.
