Learning and Development Specialist

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist preferably within the real estate industry, to support the design, coordination, and delivery of employee training and development programs. The role will work closely with business teams to identify learning needs, develop engaging training materials, facilitate learning sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create targeted, engaging, and effective learning solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives to support employee growth and organizational goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the impact and relevance of learning initiatives.

• Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and conducive environment for both learning activities and daily operations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

• With at least 1-3 years of experience in training and development
• Experience assisting in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
• Exposure to onboarding, soft skills, technical training, or leadership development programs preferred
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms is an advantage
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or other related course
