Looking for an L&D professional who enjoys training, creating learning content, and helping employees grow!
Role: Learning & Development Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 2-7 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Off
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct training and onboarding sessions
* Identify training needs and skill gaps
* Create PPTs, SOPs, training materials & assessments
* Conduct product, process and soft-skills training
* Track training effectiveness and prepare reports
* Coordinate with HR, Operations & other teams
* Support NISM certification training
Requirements
2-7 years of experience in L&D / Corporate Training
Good communication & presentation skills
Experience in TNI and skill-gap analysis
Strong content development skills
NISM certification preferred
Interest in financial markets is an advantage
