Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Corporate Training
• Design Content and Development Plan

              - Design, build, and deliver focused training and development plan

              - Design and develop course content, instructor and participant materials, including performance support materials for field technical, sales, service

              - Formulate strategies, analyze data, and systematize to improve the skills and capabilities of all employee linked to career development

• Analysis and Evaluation

              - Develop testing, measuring learning, training and development systems

              - Follow-up behavior after training and develop

• Lecturer and Facilitator

              - Should be Lecturer

              - Facilitate training in both in classroom and virtual format

• Succession Planning and Skill Management

              - Develop Succession Plans and conduct systematic Skill Evaluations

              - Create and maintain a Skill Matrix to identify skill gaps and link findings to individual development plans

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Male or Female
• Age 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Industrial and Organizational Psychology / Bachelor of Political Science / Bachelor of Business Administration (HR) or related
• Knowledge of full cycle Human resource development
• Proficient in Word, intermediate Excel Knowledge
• Good creative, communication and coordination effectively internal and external the organization
• Good planning, analytical, problem-solving
