Learning And Development Specialist

Role: Learning & Development Coordinator

Location: Goregaon (Candidates residing on the Western side are preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  - Coordinate onboarding, induction, and behavioral training sessions.
  - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  - Work closely with HRBPs, department heads, and leadership to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  - Create engaging communication campaigns for learning events, success stories, and impact highlights.
  - Handle vendor coordination.
  - Ensure all training records and feedback forms are accurately maintained.
  - Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for various training needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  - Education: BBA or MBA or B.sc or M.sc (With HR Certificate)
  - Skills: Good communication and proficiency in Excel are required.

   - Candidate must not have an existing PF or UAN number

   - Number of Opening- 4

Additional Details:

  - Stipend: 20,000 25,000 (The range may be elevated depending on the interview).
  - Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  - Working Days: Monday to Friday (Five-day work week).
