Learning & Development Specialist

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management course or Education.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing company.
• With strong expertise in training need analysis, instructional design, facilitation, learning technologies, coaching and talent development
• With effective computer skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented.
• Experience in managing learning programs and ability to drive employee capability and organizational performance through impactful learning.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating employee learning and development programs
• Competency management initiatives and training activities to enhance employee capability.
• Support organizational objectives
• Ensure accurate training records and manage development budgets
• Promote continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
