Role: L&D Specialist
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Learning & Development
Industry Preference: Retail / FMCD / Electronics/FMCG
Education: MBA/PGDM from premier B-School is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement training programs across functions
Drive capability building and performance improvement initiatives
Partner with business teams to identify training needs
Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
