Learning & Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competency frameworks and identify capability gaps.
• Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and learning programs aligned with business needs.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Facilitate selected soft skills.
• Build a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to develop people capabilities.
• Explore AI, technology, and learning trends to build future-ready capabilities.
• Track learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for developing people and creating a learning culture.
• Curious about AI, technology, and new learning trends
