What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop training programs.
- Design and deliver capability building initiatives for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement learning strategies to drive organizational development goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute succession planning processes.
- Analyze MIS reports to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
- Proven expertise in Capability Building, Succession Planning, Skill Gap Analysis, TNA, L&D Strategy, MIS Reporting.
