Learning And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and support execution of annual learning and development initiatives across the plant.
• Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance records, and training documentation.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Track training effectiveness, competency development, and compliance training requirements.
• Liaise with internal trainers, external faculty, and business stakeholders for seamless program delivery.
• Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and learning records.
• Support capability-building initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
• 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, or Training functions in manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/LMS platforms.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
