Job Description

• Participate in developing competency frameworks and training roadmaps for positions within the assigned units.

• Receive training proposals and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to design and implement appropriate programs and courses for the units, in alignment with the human resources strategy.

• Proactively organize, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements, including onboarding training for new employees, professional and functional training, management skills training, and other relevant programs.

• Operate the Learning Management System (LMS) for training purposes and propose improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors.

• At least 2 years of experience in training human resources.

• Experience working in technology companies with more than 500 employees is preferred.

• Intelligent and quick-thinking; determined; logical thinking; growth mindset; creative; knowledge of training models such as ADDIE and 70-20-10; knowledge of training effectiveness measurement models such as ROI and Kirkpatrick.

• Skills in conducting surveys and analyzing training needs.

• Skills in using tools such as MS Office, Canva, and AI tools.

• Skills in designing training programs and training materials.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
