Learning and Development Specialist

Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, support organizational goals, and promote a culture of continuous growth. This role conducts training needs analyses, develops competency-based programs, facilitates engaging learning sessions, and partners with leaders to ensure alignment between learning interventions and strategic priorities. The L&D Specialist also manages digital learning platforms, monitors training effectiveness through data and feedback, and ensures compliance with required learning standards.
