Learning And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.

• Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.

• Assessment of Learning needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.

• Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs • Optimizing training processes for efficiency.

• Supervise and monitor all processes and recommend changes to ensure efficiency of all processes and provide training to all employees across various learning platforms

• Govern all processes related to a training or assignment and be able to drive adherence. Improve and write new processes where required to meet business & stakeholder deliverables.

• Selecting and managing resources, including working with both employees and department heads/ managers to develop and deliver training.

• Manage all relevant stakeholders to successfully implement a program through regular touchpoints and communication.

• Managing the technologies and platforms required to develop, manage, and deliver training

• Supervise effective induction and orientation sessions.

• Develop Training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content.

• Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline.

• Organize Functional, Technical Programs, Certifications, Soft Skills & Management Development. Programs.

• Ensure functional requirements for Internal & External Audits are met. • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all training programs and maintain records.

• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence.

• Lead and guide team on projects for organizational improvements
