JOB DESC – Learning & Development Specialist

• Support training needs analysis (TNA) and identify learning needs across functions.
• Coordinate training programs from preparation, execution, attendance, hingga evaluation.
• Develop and maintain training materials, modules, and learning content.
• Support employee development programs, including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and leadership development.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure training runs effectively.
• Monitor training effectiveness, feedback, and learning metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain accurate training records, budget, and documentation.

JOB SPEC

• Education: S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, HR, Teknik Industri atau relevant.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate / 1 year - 2 year in L&D, HR, training, or organizational development.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Able to create PowerPoint, training materials, and reports.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling several projects simultaneously.
• Can-do attitude, collaborative, and adaptable.
