📝 Role Summary

The Training & Development Lead will design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee performance, service quality, and operational efficiency across multiple fast food outlets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong experience in learning and development, particularly within hospitality or QSR environments, and the ability to build a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business goals and brand standards.
• Design onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Create and deliver training modules covering customer service, food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Implement leadership development programs for outlet managers and supervisors.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments and skills gap analyses.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure training supports business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Introduce innovative learning methods (e-learning, workshops, simulations) to enhance engagement.
• Champion a culture of learning, growth, and career development across the organization.

👤 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in fast food, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and QSR operational practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in training software, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
