Learning and Development Specialist

Maintained, a growing facilities management, technical services and residential community management company, is looking for a creative and driven Learning & Development Specialist to help develop and expand Maintained Academy their inhouse training program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, engaging training programs
• Create tailored learning content, workshops and development initiatives across technical, operational and professional skills.
• Identify training needs and introduce fresh ideas to make Maintained Academy (our internal training program) a distinctive learning platform
• Explore opportunities to develop specialised training programs for our technicians and support staff
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training design or instructional design.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging training programs from concept to implementation.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded, with a passion for developing new learning initiatives.
• Facilities management, property or residential community experience is preferred but not essential.
• Relevant degree or L&D certification
• Candidates based in UAE with local market knowledge is a requirement

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
