Learning and Development Specialist

About the role:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective learning programs, from needs analysis and training material development to facilitation and program evaluation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on execution to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Work Arrangements

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct client needs analysis and prepare reports with key insights.
• Design training programs, learning activities, and customized content.
• Develop training materials, workbooks, case studies, and presentations.
• Facilitate training sessions, simulations, and interactive activities.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end training program execution.
• Document session outputs, participant feedback, and training results.
• Prepare post-training reports and support other assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Training and Development or Learning and Development.
• Proven experience delivering training programs for corporate professionals.
• Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
