Learning and Development Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate employee learning and development programs
• Manage competency management initiatives and training activities to enhance employee capability
• Ensure accurate training records and manage development budgets
• Promote continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization

About you

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Education
• At least five (5) years of work experience in Learning & Development
• Strong expertise in training need analysis, instructional design, facilitation, learning technologies, coaching and talent development
• Effective computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in managing learning programs and ability to drive employee capability and organizational performance through impactful learning
