About the role

Entry-level HR professional executing well-defined tasks in one pillar under close supervision; learning HR tools, company policies, and the IT consulting business model (billability, projects, bench).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates training logistics end-to-end (invites, venues/virtual rooms, attendance, materials, certificates)
• Maintains training records and LMS entries accurately
• Supports Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data gathering — distributes surveys, consolidates raw responses
• Processes post-training evaluation forms and files results
• Any other that may be required
