Maximum CTC: 3 LPA (Fixed)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Work Location: MTP D4-Manyata tech Park
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Required Skills:
- Learning Administration / HR Operations
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Employee Data Management
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
Important Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
