Job Overview

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist – Corporate Training to support the end-to-end design, development, coordination, and delivery of learning programs for corporate professionals.

The ideal candidate combines strong training expertise, facilitation skills, creativity, and project coordination to develop meaningful learning experiences aligned with client and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and diagnostics for client engagements.
• Analyze findings and prepare insightful reports with relevant recommendations.
• Research and develop customized learning content based on client requirements.
• Design engaging training activities, exercises, simulations, and case studies.
• Develop high-impact training materials, including workbooks, presentation decks, exercises, and other learning resources.
• Facilitate or support the delivery of corporate training programs.
• Lead energizers, simulations, group activities, and structured learning exercises.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure smooth end-to-end execution of learning sessions.
• Document training sessions, including participant feedback, trainer insights, key questions, outputs, and activity flow.
• Prepare professional post-workshop reports and training documentation.
• Support other Learning & Development projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering training and development programs for corporate professionals.
• Hands-on experience conducting Training Needs Analysis or learning needs assessments.
• Experience developing training programs, learning materials, presentations, activities, and instructional resources.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Creative, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to learning design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite and travel for fieldwork when required.
