Learning & Development Specialist (Government Sector)

About the Role

Our client from the Government Sector is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop and evaluate impactful learning solutions that enhance the capabilities of public sector professionals. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, curriculum development or capability development, and fresh graduates with a passion for L&D are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop learning solutions based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
• Design, develop and evaluate learning programmes and curriculum.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop course content and learning outcomes.
• Develop digital learning resources such as e-learning materials, infographics, videos and articles.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Research emerging Learning & Development trends to enhance training programmes.
• Support consultancy projects through design thinking and process improvement methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Training or Capability Development is preferred.
• Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about learning innovation and digital learning.
