Learning & Development Specialist -HR & ADMIN

About the Role

Regal Group is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Learning & Development Specialist- HR & Admin to lead and strengthen our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training requirements, developing structured learning programs, creating professional training content, and delivering high-impact training interventions for our Retail, Administration, Finance, and HR teams.

This role requires a deep understanding of HR and Administrative operations, combined with exceptional facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement structured L&D programs aligned with organizational growth and business objectives.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in close coordination with department heads and senior management.
• Content Development: Design and develop professional training modules, presentations, facilitator guides, manuals, handouts, and assessments.
• Training Delivery: Plan and facilitate classroom and workshop-based training for Retail, Admin, Finance, and HR teams.
• Core Competencies: Lead programs covering Leadership, Customer Service, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Workplace Discipline, Grooming, Product Knowledge, and HR/Admin procedures.
• Onboarding: Manage employee induction, orientation, and continuous development initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new talent.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Maintain annual/monthly training calendars, attendance records, and feedback forms. Evaluate effectiveness through post-training follow-ups and performance indicators.
• Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with management to identify development gaps and recommend performance-improvement interventions.
• Quality Control: Continuously review and upgrade training methodologies and delivery standards to stay ahead of industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, or Retail Management.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Training & Development or L&D management.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience within the Textile, Garment, Fashion, or Retail sector is required.
• Content Mastery: Demonstrated ability in designing professional training content, modules, and manuals.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Required); Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with modern training tools.
• Soft Skills: A confident, professional personality capable of engaging and influencing employees at all levels.
• Location: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
