Learning and Development Specialist (Logistics)

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related courses are an advantage;
• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, learning and development, operations, fleet management, or related functions is an advantage;
• Knowledgeable in training design, facilitation, employee development, and performance evaluation;
• Familiar with transportation operations, driver development, safety practices, and training methodologies;
• With good presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Able to conduct training and assessment for both Light Truck and Heavy Truck Drivers

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
