Learning & Development Specialist – Payments & Banking

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist – Payments & Banking to design and deliver audit‑ready training for frontline agents supporting a regulated fintech/payments product. This role goes beyond HR—it’s about building a versioned learning system that banks and regulators rely on.

You’ll lead curriculum redesign, create master playbooks, design stage‑gated assessments, and oversee onboarding and nesting programs. Partnering with ops SMEs, quality, trainers, product, and compliance , you’ll transform complex fintech processes into structured, teachable modules that withstand regulatory scrutiny.

We’re looking for professionals with 3–5+ years of instructional design experience , ideally in payments, banking, fintech, or compliance‑adjacent operations . Strong content‑authoring skills (Captivate, Articulate, Vyond), audit‑sensitive writing, and the ability to work independently on complex problems are essential.
