Learning & Development Specialist / Senior Specialist

• Analyze training and development needs, create the annual training & development plan, monitor progress, and prepare reports,
• Align training and development plans with company strategies,
• Manage and enhance LMS (Learning Management System) processes and ensure regular content updates,
• Design, organize, and coordinate training programs,
• Develop and implement new projects to strengthen employee competencies,
• Contribute to the integration of competency management and development processes,
• Measure and report the effectiveness of training and development initiatives,
• Drive innovative development activities and practices to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Learning & Development and competency management,
• Knowledge of LMS systems and digital learning tools,
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, project management, and innovative mindset,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Advanced level of English.
