LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (TRAINER)

• Design and implement training and development programs for both white-collar and blue-collar employees across the organization.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency, skill, knowledge, and performance gaps.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Retail, Wholesale, Production, Stitching, Warehouse, B2B, Customer Service and Support Functions.
• Deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, communication, workplace behaviour, and operational excellence.
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, coaching and blended learning programs based on business requirements.
• Develop training materials, presentations, SOP-based modules, assessments, and practical learning activities.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, supervisors, and frontline teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance evaluations, and post-training follow-ups.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and employee development records.
• Partner with department heads and managers to align learning initiatives with business and operational objectives.
• Identify continuous opportunities to improve employee capabilities, customer service standards, sales performance, productivity and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional L&D certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, retail, or operational training, preferably in the retail, textile, fashion, or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience as a Retail Trainer / L&D Specialist, training both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, TNA, coaching, and performance development.
• Experience developing and delivering classroom, on-the-job, virtual, and blended training programs.
• Ability to train Retail, Wholesale, Production, Stitching, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Support Functions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE/GCC retail experience and textile/fabric industry exposure will be an added advantage.
