Learning & Development Sr. Associate

• End-to-end assessment centre process, from planning through reporting

• Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of assessment programs

• Organize talent assessment sessions and succession planning.

• Handle end-to-end training process (TNA, development, implementation, and evaluation).

• Development and implementation of enterprise learning strategies to enhance organizational capability and employee performance.

• Establish innovative learning solutions, including leadership development programs, technical academies, digital learning platforms, and experiential learning initiatives.

• Design and execute enterprise-wide talent management strategies, including succession planning, high-potential development, leadership acceleration, and career management programs.

• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

• Support business transformation by aligning people strategies with organizational priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Master Degree – preferably in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
• Have a basic understanding of Assessment Center methodology.
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, adaptability, and agility.
• Applicants must be willing travel if needed by the company.
