Learning and Development Staff

• Design training policy, training program and Training Need Analysis.
• Review the syllabus, methods and evaluation of all training programs that will be implemented.
• Deliver training / coaching to employees.
• Provide training report.
• Conduct the training dan manage the training timeline.
• Evaluates and confirms learning objectives through ongoing needs assessments.
• Continually evaluates training programs to measure training effectiveness.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (All Major).
• Have experience in the same field minimum 2 years.
• Understand the Training Need Analysis, Map Competency and Training Module.
• Have the ability as a trainer or have attended training for trainer.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office.
• Have strong communication and public speaking skill, high motivation, strong personality, initiative, ready for challenge.
• Placement in Bandung.
