Learning & Development Staff (for Driver)

Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Psychology major.
-Strong communication and coordination skills.
-Able to prepare reports and administrative documents accurately.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Able to work independently and in a team.
-Willing to work in operational field and handle driver coordination.

Job Description:
-Conduct refresher training for drivers, including SOP, SCW, defensive driving, traffic regulations, and driver induction programs.
-Develop and update training syllabus and learning materials.
-Prepare and update driver KPI and performance evaluation reports.
-Prepare and update driver job descriptions and work scope.
-Update driver data administration, including BPJS Employment and Health registration/payment.
-Process driver holiday allowance (THR).
-Assist drivers in Skill Contest activities.
