Primary Responsibilities:

The Learning and Development Supervisor oversees the organization’s learning and development function by ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and capabilities needed to perform effectively and support business objectives. The role drives the overall development of learning initiatives, promotes continuous employee growth, and works closely with leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align development efforts with organizational needs.

Major Responsibilities:

• Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
• Develops training and development programs and objectives.
• Administers spending against the departmental budget.
• Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
• Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
• Modifies programs as needed.
• Coordinate with the Employee Relations Assistant to help coordinate a rigorous management by objectives culture through Annual Appraisal and Training Needs and Assessment.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Assistant / Officer to conduct the on-boarding company orientation on newly hired employees on all business units.
• Perform other tasks given by Immediate Superior or HR Manager.

Qualifications:

• A college graduate with a 4-year degree in Business or any related course.
• In a Learning & Development industry for atleast 1-2 years.
• Excellent in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An individual with demonstrated experience in delivering training programs across various formats (in-person, e-learning, self-paced).
• Excellent in planning and organizational skills.
• An individual with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions to support training initiatives.
• Capability to create training module; has experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis

Working Pattern and Location:

Hiring Date: August - September 2026

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines (beside a gas station)
