About the role
The Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees. The role ensures that training initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives, service standards, food safety requirements, and operational needs.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training preferably within the food and beverage, retail or hotel industry
- Experience in creating or designing training modules
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Can start ASAP.
