Learning and Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Learning & Development programs in line with organizational goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify employee development needs.
• Design and develop training courses, including course content, materials, workshops, and learning activities.
• Design and organize employee development activities and learning programs.
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops as an internal trainer.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external trainers, and training providers.
• Support the development of leadership and employee development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage training records, reports, budgets, and related documentation.
• Support training activities and documentation required by the Department of Skill Development.
• Prepare L&D reports and provide updates on training results and activities.
• Supervise and support team members to ensure L&D activities are completed as planned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or related fields.
• Experience in training course design, content development, and learning activity design.
• Good training, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new learning programs and activities.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with LMS, E-Learning, Digital Learning, or the Department of Skill Development is an advantage.
