Learning and Development Supervisor - Head Office

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Learning and Development Supervisor who can lead training initiatives, manage learning programs, and drive the development of our construction workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational and project requirements.
• Lead and oversee training initiatives, particularly tradesmen training and workforce skills development.
• Assess training needs, identify competency gaps, and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce innovative approaches to workforce development.

About you

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly in tradesmen training and workforce development.
• Experience as an L&D or Training Officer, with a focus on training coordination, program management, and implementation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, capable of executing initiatives and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Disciplined, proactive, innovative, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
