• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Sciences, Education, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related areas.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
• Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about learning, people development, capability building, and organizational growth.
• Curious about AI, learning technologies, and innovative approaches to workforce development.
