Learning and Organizational Development Executive Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning and talent development programs and workshops, including scheduling, participant enrolment, communications, and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain accurate employee learning records and training hours to support business and sustainability reporting requirements, support learning-related enquiries from employees, and ensure that the training calendar and learning information are kept up to date.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather learning needs, identify capability development opportunities and support the implementation of learning solutions.
• Liaise with external training providers to source and evaluate learning solutions, obtain program proposals, and support budget planning for development initiatives.
• Support the evaluation of learning programs by collating participant feedback, tracking key learning metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and the overall learning experience.
• Monitor employees’ Individual Development Plans (IDPs), support talent and succession planning initiatives, and maintain talent dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and provide timely information to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline learning processes, improve program coordination, and enhance the employee learning experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, employer branding and organisational development initiatives, as well as other HR projects as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Attitude

• Basic understanding or interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development and employee development.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, reports and programme information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work with data, generate reports and translate information to support business needs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and HR systems would be an advantage; Prosoft experience preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and follow through on solutions.
• Proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, adaptability and commitment to delivering quality work.

Qualification

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in coordinating programs, events or projects would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
