Learning and Organizational Officer

Join our team as a Learning and Organizational Development Officer!

In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that drive employee growth, skills development, and a positive workplace culture. You will also design, execute, training programs and performance management systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop talent development programs (leadership, skills training, employee recognition).
• Oversee performance management processes
• Conduct training needs assessments, design and deliver impactful learning programs.
• Manage succession planning, career development, and onboarding processes.
• Drive employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and team-building events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

What We’re Looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in Learning Development and Organizational Development and corporate initiatives
• Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
• Certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Situational Leadership, or relevant fields a plus.
