Learning and Performance Senior Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Learning & Performance Senior Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will personally design and deliver tailored training tracks, spearhead our company-wide performance management frameworks, and orchestrate vibrant corporate events across all departments.

You will serve as the central learning and development (L&D) expert, partnering and supporting local HR teams across different regions to scale culture, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Company-Wide Training

• Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored for all corporate, commercial, and operational departments.
• Support organizational development (OD) initiatives, including competency mapping, performance management frameworks, and change management support.

Employee Engagement & Event Leadership

• Spearhead the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities and large-scale corporate events.
• Serve as the main facilitator and energetic host for internal workshops, town halls, and team-building sessions.

Performance Management Frameworks:

• Key Performance Indicator (KPI) architecture, appraisal cycles, objective settings, and performance-driven talent interventions.
• Partner with leadership to build standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and execute robust competency mapping for corporate, commercial, and operational roles.

Regional HR Support & Alignment

• Coordinate closely with regional HR partners to align the deployment of standardized training toolkits and engagement frameworks.
• Provide support to local HR teams with guidance, resources, and coaching to address unique regional development needs.

Data, Analytics & Tracking

• Maintain trackers for training attendance, training hours, compliance, engagement survey scores, and budgets.
• Analyze evaluation data (e.g., training effectiveness, employee Net Promoter Scores) to continuously improve HR interventions.

Key Requirements

• At least 10+ years of concrete, hands-on experience in training delivery, employee engagement, and/or OD.
• Background working within a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing corporate environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully planning, managing logistics, and hosting large-scale corporate events.
• Ability to work full-time, 100% onsite at our corporate office.
