Learning & Talent Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Talent Development Manager to drive employee growth, leadership development, and talent development initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and talent development programmes.
• Design onboarding, mentorship and employee development initiatives.
• Develop leadership development and high-potential talent programmes.
• Support career development, succession planning and talent review processes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability and development needs.
• Monitor programme effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HRBP or Organisation Development.
• Experience in leadership development, talent management or employee development programmes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Experience in AI, Technology, SaaS, FinTech or fast-growing companies (preferred).
• Experience building learning and talent development programmes from scratch (preferred).
