Learning Content Developer

We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Learning Content Developer to support the development of engaging learning solutions and customer-facing content across a range of exciting projects.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong instructional design and content development skills with a creative eye for design, multimedia production, and digital learning. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to transform information into professional, visually engaging, and effective learning experiences.

As a Learning Content & Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining learning resources, digital content, e-learning modules, and multimedia assets. You'll support both project-based initiatives and ongoing business needs, helping deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive engagement and learner success.

• Develop and produce learning materials, digital resources, and supporting collateral
• Create engaging customer-facing content and branded learning assets
• Design and build e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate, Chameleon, or similar platforms
• Develop visual assets, presentations, guides, and training resources
• Create and edit video content to support learning and communication initiatives
• Maintain and update existing learning materials and digital content
• Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and accessibility standards
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts

You'll need:

• Experience developing customer-facing collateral and digital learning resources
• Experience in learning and development, training, education, or customer engagement environments
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent project management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines

This is a three-month temporary opportunity based in Auckland CBD.
