Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, OT hours may be required

What’s a typical day as Learning Content Developer? You’ll be:

• Developing training curriculum and performance improvement materials for complex products, processes, and systems
• Collecting and organizing content from various stakeholders, collaborating across departments
• Facilitating the transition of developed materials to delivery teams
• Project managing the creation and implementation of short-term and long-term training plans
• Directing vendors in the development of training materials
• Applying effective curriculum development processes to address performance gaps
• Assisting in marketing efforts for performance improvement materials
• Mentoring less experienced curriculum developers

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning content creation
• Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills
• Are comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Can operate independently or as part of a team from project initiation to completion
• Prefer working onsite (remote work is not available for this position)
• Are available for 1st shift hours and occasional overtime
• Are not seeking visa sponsorship (not available for this role)
