About the role
Leads the Learning Delivery team and ensures effective execution of training programs aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Trainers and Learning Specialists and drive team performance
- Oversee onboarding, training, nesting, and continuous learning programs
- Monitor training effectiveness, learner performance, and key metrics
- Coach trainers and ensure consistent training quality and standards
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Quality to address performance gaps
- Identify opportunities to improve learning programs and processes
About you
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of Training/L&D experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- BPO or corporate training experience preferred
