About the role
Supervises training delivery and Learning & Development activities to ensure effective training implementation, trainer performance, and alignment with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise trainers and monitor training delivery
- Ensure training programs meet quality standards and business requirements
- Monitor training performance, attendance, and completion rates
- Coach and support trainers to improve training effectiveness
- Coordinate with Operations and stakeholders on training needs
- Prepare training reports and recommend process improvements
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Training or Learning & Development, preferably in BPO
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training tools
