Learning Development Operations Specialist

Working at the intersection of digital content creation, visual design, educational technology, and data analytics, you will translate operational and product knowledge into interactive microlearning, short videos, and visual guides. Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital learning content creation or instructional media design.
• Creative & Visual Mastery: Highly creative with hands-on expertise in graphic design, photography, videography, and short-form video production (using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Content Translation: Proven ability to simplify complex technical, product, or operational procedures into intuitive, engaging learning assets.
• Data & Analytical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, IF statements, pivot tables, data layering) to validate, organize, and analyze learning metrics.
• Tech & AI Curiosity: Tech-forward mindset with an eagerness to explore AI tools to accelerate content creation, workflow efficiency, and learning analytics.
• Mindset & Collaboration: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about continuous learning and employee development.

Job Role:

• Visual Learning Content Creation: Design infographics, key visuals, educational guides, and digital learning assets for training programs using design and editing software.
• Short-Form Video & Media Production: Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos, photos, and microlearning modules for frontline and office teams.
• Operational Simplification: Turn complex F&B store workflows, product recipes, and operational standards into clear, visually captivating training content.
• LMS Analytics & Data Insights: Manage Learning Management System (LMS) data, perform data validation and analysis, and generate insights to optimize learning engagement and identify skill gaps.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage modern AI tools to streamline content drafting, visual concepting, productivity, and instructional design workflows.
