We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our supported living team, supporting vulnerable adults to live independently, fulfilling lives within their own homes and the local community.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting people with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and choice

- Assistant with community activities and appointments
- Promoting well-being dignity and respect
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
